What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right. We have some products that you can customize directly online as self service. Please note that SELF SERVE CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE!
Are any purchases final sale?
If we are unable to accept returns on certain items, these will be carefully marked before purchase, for example, there are products that you can customize directly online as self service : SELF SERVE CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALES AND NOT REFUNDABLE. Otherwise, all our products are brand new and refundable. If the item you received has defects, please send us several pictures clearly documenting the defects on info@vibvie.com and we will reach out to you. In such case, we could either offer you a refund or send another (better) version of the product to you again, free of charge.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Because we are open to product customization, please note that it may take 3-7 days before your order is ready to be shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on the product chosen and your location between 3 to 7 days (most products), but some products may take up to 21 days. Overall, you can expect to wait 2-3 weeks in total before receiving your item(s), but there are exceptions. In all cases, we know how frustrating it can be to wait for a parcel, so if your order faces unexpected delays, we will reach out proactively to our suppliers and carriers to provide you with updates and statuses!
How much does shipping cost?
For a limited time, we offer free shipping in North America for all our items. Otherwise, shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

It depends on the product. Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
Can I Customize my Product?
Yes! We can even create a custom rug design for you if you feel inspired and can't find anything that suits your specific needs across our vast selection of designs :). We can also make some minor customizations on existing products before shipping, for example by adding holes in the decorative plaques, or writings on the rugs. Please contact us before ordering ! We also have some products that you can customize directly online as self service. However, please note that SELF SERVE CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE!
